1 can Blue Crab meat, separate & remove bone
1/2 stick butter, soft
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely diced green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1. Saute onion and green pepper together.
2. Mix other ingredients together.
3. Mix all ingredients together with crab meat.
4. Shape into oblong croquettes and fry in deep oil until golden brown on all sides.
