Grouper Parmesan

2 lbs grouper, hogfish or similar fish fillets
1 cup sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh key lime or lemon juice
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of hot sauce paprika


1. Cut fish into bite size pieces and place in a greased baking dish in one layer.

2. Combine remaining ingredients, mix and spread over fish.

3. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until fish flakes easily.

4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
