Lobster Salad 1

3 cups of cooked, chunked lobster meat
1/2 head of lettuce
one cup of mayonnaise
as many of your favorite raw vegetables as you like
lemon juice
salt & pepper


1. Combine all ingredients in a large non-reactive bowl.

2. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

3. Refrigerate til thoroughly chilled and serve.
