Spiny lobster tails
peanut oil
limes or lime juice
salt & pepper


1. Cut lobsters in half lengthwise.

2. Brush with peanut oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Place meat side down on a hot grill.

4. Cook until well done.


Make a sauce for dipping lobster by placing the juice from 3 limes in a sauce pan and adding 1 stick of butter cut into pieces, one piece at a time, until melted.
